Shipping policy
NOTICE: Due to the effects of Covid-19 on local and international transportation, please be aware that we cannot ensure delivery times and in some instances there may be lengthy delays at ports of entry in your country or in shipping from Canada. Please contact us in advance if you would like to discuss your options.
Shipping costs are flat rate or determined based on weight of item and are only estimates from Canada Post. All purchases must be shipped with a traceable form of shipping. Ready-made items will be shipped in 3-5 business days. Custom order will be given a time frame - generally 4-6 weeks.
Due to changes with Canada Post you may need to contact us directly for your shipping to be set.
Approximate rates are as follows to the listed areas (listed in Cdn dollars):
Canada - as determined by Canada Post
US Flat Fees - 0-2kg $20, 2-5kg $30, 5-10kg $50, 10-25kg $75
Europe Flat Fees - 0-1kg $50, 1-4kg $70, 4-10kg $100
Rest of World - as determined by Canada Post - some areas not being served currently.
Not all European countries are currently connected. If you wish to purchase from a country that shows not to be served please contact us directly at artbytracyarmstrong@gmail.com so a shipping adjustment can be made to facilitate your order.

At times it may be preferred to ship with another party such as FedEx or UPS. This will be determined on a case-by-case scenario. If you have a preference please contact us prior to purchase.
The Artist is not responsible for additional charges from carriers related to service fees and customs fees that are requested from the delivery agent to the customer. We are also not able to ensure delivery times due to customs and ask that you prepare to be patient with the shipping of items not within Canada or being sent from our print-on-demand service in the US.
